Exceptional service by Ben and his team. When we contacted Ben we had just been told by a different broker that we wouldn't be getting the mortgage we needed to buy our first home! Within 8 days Ben had got us a mortgage offer on the table and turned it all around for us. I can't recommend him enough, he kept us informed throughout the process and reassured us the entire time.

The mortgage consultancy service I had from this company was the best I've ever had! Saved me tons of time and stress. I had a lady called Aisha Clarke who not only found me the best rates (during 2020) but worked around the clock answering my calls/emails which made me feel valued. I had previously spent 3 months, being neglected, with L&C which seriously damaged my investments so then moving forward with Aisha was like night and day. Housing market (especially)atm is such a lucrative business, having her expertise definitely gave me some well needed confidence! I thoroughly recommend!!

I have known Town & Country since 2016, as a customer. It was by pure luck that they were my first mortgage broker. I have worked with them on another 2-3 projects ( remortgaging and moving/ buying a new one and applying for mortgage). They have always helped me with my queries and paperwork to an excellent level. Awful experience with these. Response was very slow. Ayesha king was terrible. Never answered my phone calls, and took and long time to respond to emails. I was a new buyer and she made it so stressful. I was buying a shared ownership property and was told I would need a 60k deposit. The reason I am going for shared ownership is because I dont have a large deposit. No communication with me. Avoid this company. Useless

Having been using Andy Pollard for years for all our mortgage needs, I absolutely trust him to find the best deal for us at the time. He recognises they will change from renewal to renewal and is able to adapt to find what we are seeking at each renewal as well as being able to advise when something needs looking into further etc. Would definitely recommend Andy especially as he won’t chase to sell you other products like insurances etc.

As NHS Key Worker Ayesha said, she cannot deal our application because we keep asking them about doubt we have. At this time when whole nation was clapping for NHS Key worker these guys disappointed us very much. Ayesha & Simon are unprofessional please people avoid as much as you can; she is lack of transparency and communication. She choose the product for us without letting us know and we have been very disappointed with her attitude and way of working. We had very bad experience with these people and do not recommend these as they will not be professional and transparent to you. If anyone of you had a bad experience, I would request you to provide a review that will help other to avoid these peoples. Story is very long can’t explain here but if you still choose them you going to regret latter. I had a dependency with these guys to change my property on my mortgage and Ayesha treated me like she does not want to go with me and i myself will say to go out from these guys, Today morning I got call from her with very poor attitude saying you can go anywhere with other Mortgage advisor she does not want to deal with our application anymore now, tell me guys does this make any sense in professional way ? Please avoid as much you can that is what I can say Ayesha and Simon are non-professional that is what I can say , These kind of issue can be deal with correct professional way instead of saying that they will cancel my application every time when I am asking for update from these guys. I hope senior management will take this feedback serious and will take action. POOR POOR POOR Service Avoid Avoid Avoid.

My experience with Town & Country has been absolutely amazing. Such a smooth and quick process... All I had to do was to provide them with some documents and they took everything from there.
